Load Your Source Emails

Click the "Load Emails" button at the top of the page. This loads all imported emails from your ImportedEmails table. You'll see a table with subjects, sender names, and action buttons.

The system shows up to 200 most recent imported emails

Preview Source Emails (Optional)

Click the "Preview" button on any source email to see how it looks before mimicking. This opens a full-screen modal showing the complete email content with proper styling.

Add Guidance (Optional but Recommended)

Before clicking Mimic, add custom guidance in the "Guidance / Special Instructions" text area. This tells the AI what to emphasize, what tone to use, or what specific offer to promote.

Select HTML Design Template (Optional)

Review & Edit the Generated Email

Save Your Mimic

Each saved mimic shows its source, subject, and creation date
Use "Save To Emails" to add to your campaign system

Export to Email Campaigns

Click "Save To Emails" on any saved mimic to add it to your main email system. A modal lets you choose the campaign and email type before saving.
