From your main menu, click "Social Calendar" to access the calendar interface. You'll see the current month displayed with all your scheduled posts.
At the top of the calendar, you'll see three stat cards:
Use the left/right arrow buttons to move between months. Click "Today" to instantly jump back to the current month. The month and year are displayed prominently at the top.
Each day shows:
Click any post pill to open the post editor with that post's details loaded. You can modify content, change the schedule, or update the image before the post goes live.

Use the calendar to spot gaps in your posting schedule. Aim for 3-5 posts per week across all platforms for optimal engagement. Balance content types throughout the month.
Click the "+ Create Post" button in the header, or click the "+" button on any calendar day to start with that date pre-selected.

You have two options:
The character counter shows your length in real-time, turning orange at 2,000 and red at 2,200 characters.
Option A - Your Library: Choose from previously uploaded images. Automatically loads when you open the image section.
Option B - Stock Photos: Search premium stock images using keywords. Click "Search" to find professional photos.
Option C - AI Generated: Describe the image you want, select a style (photo, illustration, minimal, 3D), choose aspect ratio and resolution, then click "Generate Image".
Option D - Image URL: Paste any image URL from the web to use that image.
Pick your publish date and time. The system defaults to tomorrow at 9:00 AM. You can schedule as far in advance as needed. Posts will publish automatically at the specified time.
Check your post preview, verify the platform and date/time, then click "Schedule Post". You'll see a confirmation and be redirected to the calendar where your post now appears.
Create multiple posts in one session. The form stays open after scheduling, so you can immediately create another post. Spend 30 minutes scheduling a week's worth of content.

Not happy with the result? Simply click "AI Write" again for a completely different version. Each generation is unique. Try 2-3 times to find the perfect starting point.
You must select a platform before clicking "AI Write". The AI needs to know which platform you're posting to so it can optimize the content appropriately.
Click "Upload" in the Library tab to add images. Uploaded images become part of your permanent library and can be reused across multiple posts. Perfect for logos, product photos, and frequently used graphics.
Switch to the "Search" tab and enter keywords related to your post topic. Results are high-quality, premium stock images. Click any image to select it. Great for professional lifestyle and conceptual images.
Use the "AI Generate" tab for custom images:
If you have an image hosted elsewhere, paste its URL in the "From URL" tab. Perfect for using images from your website, cloud storage, or other online sources.
Once selected, the image appears in a preview box above the tabs. Click the X to remove it and choose a different image. The preview shows exactly how the image will appear in your post.
Square (1:1) works best for Instagram, 16:9 for Twitter/LinkedIn. Use high-quality images (at least HD) for best results. Images with people tend to get more engagement than abstract graphics.

Check back on the calendar after posts publish. Green dots indicate successful publishing. If you see red dots (failed posts), click them to review what happened and reschedule if needed.
Set aside 1-2 hours weekly to create all your posts. This is far more efficient than daily creation. Create content for the next 7-14 days at once. Your future self will thank you.
Use hashtags strategically by platform:
Scheduled posts can be edited anytime before they go live. Click the post pill on the calendar to open the editor, make changes, and save. Great for last-minute updates or improvements.
Regular posting beats perfect posts every time. It's better to schedule 4 good posts per week consistently than to post sporadically when inspiration strikes. Use the AI to maintain consistency.
If a post shows a red "failed" dot:
If a social platform doesn't appear in the selection list, it means you haven't connected it yet. Go to your platform connection settings and authenticate with that platform's account.

If newly created posts don't appear on the calendar, refresh the page. Posts are saved to the database immediately, but your browser may need to reload to show them.
If you encounter persistent issues, contact support with specific details about what's happening, including which platform, what error messages appear, and when the issue occurs.
