This widget lets you publish volunteer posts, track sign-ups, and email participants. The cards visitors see on your site update automatically when you add or edit a post here.
Adding a Volunteer Post
Click the large "+" icon at the top of the Volunteer dashboard.
Enter Title, Description, Location, Date/Time, Total Spots, and pick a Contact Member.
Click Add Post. A new card appears on the public page and in the admin list.
Editing or Deleting a Post
Each card has edit (pencil) and delete (trash) buttons.
Edit opens the form with current data—adjust details or update available spots, then click Update Post.
Delete removes the post entirely (including all sign-ups).
Viewing Sign-Ups
Click the green list button on any card to see everyone signed up for that post.
Admins can add a volunteer manually with the blue Sign Up button if needed.
Emailing Volunteers
Select the blue mail icon on a volunteer card—or choose Email Volunteers in the toolbar—to open a pre-filtered email form.
The tool lists all volunteers for that post; compose a subject and message, then click Send Email.
Public Signup Flow
Visitors click Signup on a card, fill in name, email, phone, and agree to terms.
Once submitted, their info appears in the Current Volunteers list and the available-spots count updates automatically.
Tip: keep descriptions concise and update available spots promptly so participants always see accurate information.
