Of course, when visitors first arrive at your site and start reading your copy, they probably do not know you and have no reason to trust you. That is why it is so crucial to build your credibility. You MUST explain why you are qualified to help them or solve their problem. That does not necessarily mean official qualifications. It may simple be that you have experience the problem that brought them to your site in the first place, and you found a solution to the problem that you want to share with them! AND you must show that you are just like them. A great way to accomplish this is by telling a story!
This is such a great question. And so, the… where you want to go with it is telomeres. A lot of people don't know what telomeres are. telomeres are the little caps at the end of DNA, and as we age, they get shorter. And when they disappear, is when you die. But we can actually do things to extend telomere life. Some things are reducing your stress level. So, doing things like taking walks and meditating are all going to help with those telomere extensions. The other thing that we can do is to exercise our brain. When we get our brain to move into a place where it's stressing it beyond what you know, we are going to create telomere life. So, go do something different. Explore life as if you were a child again. This is a wonderful way to extend telomere life.
The other thing we wanted to do is surrounded selves with people that we love, the people that we enjoy being with. Whether we go dancing, we go swimming, playing games, being around people we love really releases dopamine into our body, which extends telomere life. The other thing we want to do is get plenty of sleep and eat healthy diet. What kind of vitamins and nutritions are you putting into your body? The thing that people don't really know that it's actually okay to go until we’re hungry before we eat again. Having that time of hunger extends your life. It prolongs life. So, eating smaller meals and then waiting until we feel hungry, and then just waiting a little bit longer and then feeding your body with high nutrition is a wonderful way to extend your life.
