    I had a conversation with the driver and he was asking me what were my thoughts around some of the work drivers having cameras that are surveying the passengers. I said thqat I didn't even get to know that. That was a completely new information. I told him "you know what, I really have no fears around that". There is nothing I want to hide or I need to hide.

    He said that some of the passengers really refuse to take that order, if they see that the car has a camera. They put the camera somewhere in the side mirror.

    1   It is to know who you are and to organize your complete life according to that. Therefore, you need to know what matters most to you. What are your core values.

    Alignment is actually a discipline that we train and improve to become better at throughout our whole life. When there is alignment, you feel tat you have purpose. When you go to bed at night, you have that feeling of satisfaction, that you've been doing the right things and you still have a feeling that you would do exactly the same, even if you knew it's your last day on earth right now.     What is compromise in relationships?

    Hi, this is Claudia Tan and I am the creator of the Personal Excellence Score. Today, I will answer the question "what is a compromise in relationships?".

    Answer is:

    1    It is actually when you step over your own values over what matters to you most, but just to keep or to save that relationship you're in.

    Every compromise creates some level of suffering. Big or small. Whenever you make that compromise you feel as if you would cut off parts of your body. I think we both agree that this can only happen for a limited number of times. It's. In most cases, it doesn't make sense to sacrifice parts of yourself, just to save that relationship. From my perspective and experience the purpose of a relationship is to serve both sides.  It is existing to grow, and evolve their personalities, and if one or even both sides in the relationship. Otherwise this thing cannot go well long-term.

    If compromising becomes the common practice then this practice will erode the relationship.It will be behave like acid. It will damage both parts instead of making you happy. You will not be able to draw out happiness out of that relationship, if compromise is a common practice.


    2   If you feel you are in that kind of a relationship, where you give a lot more than you get... ask yourself "why are you in that relationship after all?" and "what could be another perspective that you could choose in that relationship?" That will have a positive impact on both of you and we'll change the way you feel, or both of you feel.

    From that perspective, the question will no longer be "should I make or feel like compromise?" in my relationship, but rather the question would be "what needs to happen in order for our relationship to become a win-win type of relationship?".     Handling the crisis

    Hi, I'm Claudia Tan and today I want to talk to you about one of the most common questions that in these crazy times I seem to get from a lot of people. They asked me "how do you deal with this Corona crisis?" 

    I want to share with you some of my strategies to cope with this situation.

    Answer is:

    1   Probably the most important thing that I do is that I purposely avoid news these days.

    About 99.9% of the news are "bye bye" content or somehow negative, sad or frightening. Many of the information that we get through different channels are even contradictive and confusing. All of that does not help me to be focused, energized and productive in advancing and progressing my business. I really protect myself from all this and I reduce as much as possible the input of news.


    2   The second thing is that I really focus on respecting my daily routine.

    My morning routine with my workout, planning my day and also my evening routine. I love to do meditation before I go to bed. That puts me in a relaxed state and clear my mind from all the craziness that has accumulated during the day. I protect myself on purpose during the evening hours from negative input of any kind, just to make sure that I can fall asleep quicker and regenerate better during the night.


    3   I increase the time of listening to podcasts every day. Podcasts with topics that are of interest to me. I also like to share some funny stuff or posts.

    I share it with my friends, with my family. Things that make me laugh or make others laugh I just enjoy now.

    Despite all this protection, there is the knowing that out there is such severe and dramatic situation going on.

    And I cannot get rid of that completely. Another thing that I do, especially now in these times of quarantine is that I usually drink lots of hot water and it probably comes to three liter a day. I started drinking water instead of tea.

    How to live in constant motion?

    Growth happens when you're uncomfortable. Hi, I'm Claudia Tan and today I will answer a question "did you ever notice how many people around you are on constant work mode?"

    1   I love my work so much that I tend to forget to take breaks, to relax my eyes, to put my mind at rest, to allow my mind to process all the information and the new ideas, emotional insights that I get along the way.

    This is why I invited some of my clients to join me on a three week challenge. It is about stepping outside of our comfort zones by doing a daily meditation. A short one, like 10 minutes or 15 minutes. That was something very unusual to most of us because we had to carve out this special time each and every day throughout those three weeks.

    How is this end of the year going to be different for you than it was in the years before?

    Hello, this is Claudia Tan.  Many of my clients are scared insight that this year is going to be just like all the other years before. Everything is going way too fast and there is so much stuff left that is undone.

    Answer is:

    1   I recommend you to slow down and do things differently. Take a slower pace, allow yourself to breathe and have a little bit more distance of what you do every day.


    2   The second thing that I recommend is try to go less digital and more on paper.

    I like to use a notepad. It fits in every purse or every pocket and I actually have it everywhere when I am. I put down projects, new ideas that I have. While I get them done I like to cross them out of the list.


    3   Third idea is to inspire you to think about the end of each day being like the end of a year.

    Now it's about two and a half months left towards the end of this year andd what if you went to bed every single night and put a smile on your face by being productive.

    Is there anything quick that I can do to improve my sleep?

    Hi, this is Claudia Tan. Many of my clients experience difficulties with their sleep. Either it takes them too long to fall asleep or they wake up several times per night, which makes the recovery and the regeneration during the night quite an issue. Sometimes you have a blur in mind or you experience fatigue, especially in the afternoons. This can be a sign of a poor sleep. They often asked me "is there anything quick that I can do to improve my sleep?" 

    Answer is:

    1   The answer is YES. There are things that you can do in your sleeping environment, but there are also things that you can do from the inside out.

    One of these is having a drink one can of this product at night about 30 minutes before going to bed.

    The 3 most common sleep disturbers

    Hi, I'm Claudia Tan. I am a Personal Excellence Strategist. I want to share with you the three most common under the radar sleep disturbers.

    Answer is:

    1   Especially in Corona times, number one is electromagnetic pollution.

    This has all the stuff; smartphones, laptops, Wi-Fi routers, smart home facilities in many households and all the electric devices plugged into a socket and remotely controlled.

    They all are fun and very comfortable, but they produce a lot of electromagnetic pollution that is keeping us busy during the night. Even if we switch off all of that we still have this pollution coming from all the antennas in the area.

    If we had 5g, that thing would be even more dramatic. Electromagnetic pollution diminishes actually inhibits a gland in our brain that is producing the melatonin, the sleeping hormone. If we have too little amounts of that hormone in our blood, then our sleep will not be as good as it should. The amount of regeneration or recovery during the night will be very poor. 


    2   The second thing that is affecting ourselves and very few people are aware of it is the polluted mind food that we consume.

    It's full of negative information and you'll see it in the news. With the Corona crisis, we actually hear only bad stuff happening around the world. The whole world is upside down. Sometimes even contradicted information that is penetrating our brain is actually producing a lot of stress, fear, anxieties of all kinds that make our sleep and our subconscious mind.


    3   The third thing affecting our sleep dramatically also under the radar is that we are eating digitally polluted meals.

    Instead of sitting at the table and eating your meal and concentrating on your meal, people are checking their mails, WhatsApp, notifications, listening probably to the news, reading the newspaper. This negative information is actually entering our body and our minds at the same time as the food. We are completely distracted from eating and from how much we eat, how quick, how well or poor we choose the food. All are affecting our digestive and mind system in a way that is depleting us of energy and causes bad sleep at night.

    If you think most of these things are actually happening in the happening in the evening hours, think about the evening meal that you consume while your laptop is next to you displaying you the last news.

    This stuff is actually something that most of us don't think of, but it's deeply and dramatically affecting the sleep quality.

    What I am most proud of

    Personal Excellence Score is a tool to measure something that was unmeasurable, which is people's performance.

    The Biggest Lesson I've Learned

    Hi, this is Claudia Tan and I am the creator of the Personal Excellence Score.

    1   The biggest lesson that one of my coaches shared with me, and I want to pass on to you is about selling. He said not being able to sell your ideal solution that will solve the problem of your ideal customer equals failure to render assistance.

    Have you ever had a brilliant idea that you tried to sell to your kids, your spouse, your parents, your team, maybe your business partner, and they didn't buy.

    In life is everything about selling. As a kid, we are oftentimes very successful in selling our ideas to our parents. Some of us tend to forget that kid. That's why we need to train and refresh our skill to sell. Why is that so important? It's vital not only for our own survival or for the survival of our businesses, but it's vital also for the survival of our ideal customers because if my ideal customer doesn't buy my service, which is my best solution to their problem, they will go to the next best provider. They will buy the second best or the fourth best, or maybe the last best solution to their problem, which means they will get a service on a lower level than they could have. Closing a deal should be just a natural easygoing consequence of a conversation that you had with your ideal client. Where they felt that it's all about them and none about yourself.
