Of course, when visitors first arrive at your site and start reading your copy, they probably do not know you and have no reason to trust you. That is why it is so crucial to build your credibility. You MUST explain why you are qualified to help them or solve their problem. That does not necessarily mean official qualifications. It may simple be that you have experience the problem that brought them to your site in the first place, and you found a solution to the problem that you want to share with them! AND you must show that you are just like them. A great way to accomplish this is by telling a story!

Hi, I'm Christie Lawler. I am the founder and owner of CJL consulting, a beverage marketing agency and a question I get asked quite often is "does beverage marketing work?"

YES, of course, it does. Beverage marketing is a broad term to describe an overall strategy to increase the revenue behind the bar.

It is a three-tiered combination of maximizing your ordering for your bar, as well as positioning your menu features to reduce waste and increase the profit margins.

Finally, and most importantly...

Is properly training your team and beverage marketing encompasses those three things so that you are creating a better ROI for your bar-restaurant, hotel, concession theater, entertainment venue.
