It may simple be that you have experience the problem that brought them to your site in the first place, and you found a solution to the problem that you want to share with them! AND you must show that you are just like them. A great way to accomplish this is by telling a story!

Hi there, it's Robert McPhee from Excellent Decisions and people often ask me if making more excellent decisions will help them get healthy and my answer is you bet.

It absolutely will and here's why.

When we look at what's really important to people, when we delve into the vision and values work, that's at the core of excellent decisions.

Because excellent decisions are decisions based on vision and values rather than stress and pressure. One of those values that almost always comes up and running the critical elements of the visions that people create for themselves is ideal health and well-being. It's more energy, it's losing weight, it's getting stronger, it's sleeping better. All those things that are involved with health.

When we do the work, when we clarify our vision and values, when we start living our life, thinking, making decisions and taking actions in alignment with that vision and values, it will almost always point us in the direction of much better results in the eye, much better results in the area of health and well-being.
