Of course, when visitors first arrive at your site and start reading your copy, they probably do not know you and have no reason to trust you. That is why it is so crucial to build your credibility. You MUST explain why you are qualified to help them or solve their problem. That does not necessarily mean official qualifications. It may simple be that you have experience the problem that brought them to your site in the first place, and you found a solution to the problem that you want to share with them! AND you must show that you are just like them. A great way to accomplish this is by telling a story!

Are Excellent Decisions Important for Young People?

Hello, it's Robert McPhee from Excellent Decisions and people often ask me if excellent decisions are important for young people.

My answer is absolutely yes, because one of my favorite ways of doing this work, one of the ways that I would do this work all day, every day, if I could, is working with young people.

When our young people have clarity about their vision and their values, when they understand how important it is to make decisions based on vision and values, rather than all the stress and pressure our young people are faced with today, peer pressure, social pressure, academic pressure, parental pressure.

It's overwhelming for them. I've seen with my own children that when our young people have clarity about their vision and values, they're able to think differently, make different decisions and take different actions that lead them to having truly fulfilling, satisfying, and productive lives.
